Each processing operation is based on a specific GDPR legal basis:

Recipients and processors

Data is accessible only to Nurvision and strictly necessary technical processors: Resend (email delivery) and Netlify (hosting). Technical requests to Google Fonts, cdnjs, and an external Googleusercontent media asset may also send network metadata (IP address, user-agent, timestamp) to those providers.

Transfers outside the EEA

Some technical providers may process data outside the EEA, including in the United States. Such transfers rely on applicable legal safeguards (including, where relevant, the EU-US adequacy decision and/or standard contractual clauses).

Retention periods

Unless a legal obligation requires otherwise, retention periods are:

• Commercial requests via form: 24 months after the last contact.
• Contractual and invoicing records: 10 years (legal accounting/tax obligations).
• Technical security logs: strictly necessary duration, generally up to 12 months.

No marketing or analytics cookie is currently set. The website only uses necessary technical mechanisms and local browser storage (`localStorage`) to remember light/dark theme preference.

Future changes (analytics/marketing cookies)

• Implement a consent banner before setting any non-essential cookie.
• Publish a dedicated cookie policy describing purposes, durations and providers.
• Block analytics/marketing scripts until consent is collected.
• Keep proof of consent and allow withdrawal at any time.
